This spotlight report, a collaboration between Adobe and Forbes, will zero in on survey findings related to the financial services and insurance (FSI) respondents (of the full Insights Report). Like all respondents to our survey, FSI executives believe that workflow automation will transform their organizations in a hybrid work environment. They differ from the overall group, however, in the extent to which they emphasize certain challenges or benefits. This report will explore factors that are specific to the FSI sector and how to address them.
