The Total Economic Impact of Red Hat TAMs

As part of a Total Economic Impact™ study, Forrester interviewed 4 representatives with experience using Red Hat® Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to better understand how TAMs fit into each interviewee’s organizational ecosystem. The findings indicate that TAMs play an integral role in the successful deployment of and security associated with Red Hat products. This snapshot offers data on the 3-year financial benefits realized by the study participants.
