For 16 years, Model N, the leading provider of revenue management solutions for the life sciences and technology industries, has held Rainmaker, an annual conference for customers, industry leaders and partners.

However, this year, the threat of COVID-19 forced Model N to reconsider its plans. Rather than give up on Rainmaker20, which was set to be hosted in Orlando, Florida in mid-March, the Model N team reimagined the gathering as a virtual event, something the team had never before considered.
