As we reflect on the past year and a half, one of the most remarkable things to witness was how quickly the world shifted to a remote, virtual life. Everything from school and tradeshows to doctor visits and employee onboarding took place virtually – despite never previously imagining that as a possibility.
This digital-first approach – or even a hybrid of an in-person/virtual model – will likely be the “new normal” so often referenced. And as the world continues to emerge from the pandemic, industry experts – and the consumers who have benefited from changing approaches – are keeping their eyes on what’s next.
